I'm Renee Romeiser, owner of I-Design Multimedia.  If you have a training need, and you want a personalized approached, you've come to the right place!

I am an instructional designer, and an expert in multimedia.  I have dedicated my career solely to the development and specialty of multimedia. 

I know how to reach a target audience -- not only from my knowledge of instructional design -- but because I have a deep understanding of human nature (which has been studied by science). Combine the two talents, and you get outstanding results.

When you understand people, and you know what motivates them -- you know how to get through to people effectively with training.  You know how to motivate people to learn in a way that far exceeds any model or approach. 

Knowledge of instructional theories without an understanding of human behavior is like baking a cake in the dark.  You miss the measures of what truly creates an outstanding and successful product.  Instead you are left with lack-luster results.

My services include, but are not limited to all phases of instructional design: content analysis, content development, course creation, testing and implementation. 

I work with a team of experts and together we can build you a quality, cost-effective, custom product.  How you implement the delivery of that product is up to you:  We can give you a course for deployment, or we can deploy it for you. Or, if you simply need help with an in-house project, I can work one-on-one with you to meet your goals.
